Weekly Wrap Up 5/5/23
What a freaking week, am I right? After returning from the sun and warmth of Charleston, I was greeted by temperatures in the 40’s a week full of rain. Look, I love being cozy and rainy weather makes for great reading weather. But 5 days in a row is too! much! rain! I am a plant. I need to photosynthesize to survive.
Between the weather and endless travel in April, my schedule was all off and i felt myself falling into a reading rut. So, i abandoned the books I thought were sending into a slump and picked up some books I think will be a bit more fast paced. After being in the sun at the beach and by the pool, I am so ready for Summer. If only WNY would get the memo!
Keep an eye out for this weekend’s Newsletter! It feels good to be getting back into the habit of it.

Weekend Plans:
This weekend is going to be busy and the culmination of months long party planning. Nick and I are on the board for our BFA program and the annual fundraiser gala is this Saturday, that I someone got roped into planning with my best friend, Mark. I’m nervous and hope it goes well but then I’ll be excited for a break from it!
And on Sunday, it’s the best day of the year! It’s the 3rd annual Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game! A bunch of the players from the Bills play a game (offense vs. defense) that raises money for the Imagine for Youth Foundation. It’s seriously so much fun and we are looking forward to it!
