"I Just Take My Book with me Everywhere": 9 Books That Feel Like Gilmore Girls

With the whisper of Fall in the air, is anyone else craving a rewatch of Gilmore Girls? It’s the perfect Fall show, though it does span all the seasons. There’s just something about the quippy dialogue, mother-daughter relationships and small town feel that makes us all crave a pumpkin spice latte and trip to the apple orchard, right? Maybe a warm apple cider donut or two…

I’ve always tried to find books that capture this same feeling and I think these 9 books bit the bill. They have the small town charm, late night diner feel that we’ve come to know and love about Gilmore Girls. They’ll have you whispering “I smell snow” in no time!

If you’re looking for MORE books that have this vibe, I wrote a couple older posts about them!
